Walking up the hill to the Dragonfly Inn felt a bit strenuous, especially after dark, but the effort paid off. My room, Rosie – Deluxe Queen Studio with Bath, ground floor, was cozy and nicely decorated, with a small kitchen and sitting area that made it feel like a home away from home. I loved the thoughtful breakfast supplies left in the fridge, with plenty of options like eggs and yogurt. It was perfect for a leisurely start to the day. The dining room and lounge were beautifully decorated, adding to the charm of the property. However, the communication with the owners was lacking. I struggled to arrange a taxi to the airport, and it took a fellow guest to help. Despite this hiccup, the breakfast and the spacious room with a freestanding tub were highlights of my stay.

We loved the spacious Arizona room with stunning views and thoughtful breakfast basket. The steep hill made walking difficult without a car.

attractive decor, two armchairs, ample spaciousness
Access to the room through the lounge/dining area compromises privacy!!! The kitchen is too cramped for more than one person at a time, making it a hassle to prepare anything!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely inn, especially the close proximity to the breathtaking Cataract Gorge and the downtown area, making it easy for family outings. The room was spacious and clean, providing enough space for us to relax and unwind after a fun day. Having complimentary parking available was a huge plus for us as a family, making it convenient to explore the area.
However, we found the Wi-Fi to be a bit slow at times during our stay.

What a charming place! The delightful breakfast basket was exceptional—hands down the best I've seen. Plus, the bathroom features, especially the lighted mirror, were simply amazing, making my stay truly enjoyable. Only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow, but I’d totally stay here again!
